There are times in life when we all need some extra help, short or longer term we are happy to help. We provide support at home for all adults, those who have learning difficulties or who are physically disabled, people with Alzheimer’s, Dementia or those who are terminally ill.

When it comes to making a decision about home support and domiciliary care services, Guardian Care & Support understand the pressures and questions that you may have. 

 

Whether considering home care for yourself or for a relative, we will work closely with you to help you make the right decision and provide a service tailored around your individual needs.
We aim to offer a holistic service which gives you the opportunity to maximise your independence and live life to the full. We can offer a range of services, personal support including washing and bathing, meal management (preparation and ordering), home from hospital service, respite care to support relatives, night time support, accompanied visits (doctor, hospital, social outings or getting to work.)
Guardian can offer you the support that you need to continue living the life that you choose, in the comfort of your own home, safe in the knowledge that you are being cared for by a trusted, experienced carer.
Our carers are not there to intrude on your personal life and independence but are there to enhance your life and help you enjoy all the opportunities that it has to offer.
